Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
